Event Coordinator

Our team is currently expanding and we are looking to recruit Event Managers to join our team of professionals!

Duties and responsibilities include:

list_check-orange Event research, planning, execution and debriefing
list_check-orange Administration of online event registration Systems
list_check-orange Supplier sourcing, management and communication
list_check-orange Conceptual design and meeting attendance
list_check-orange Proposal creation and budgetary management
list_check-orange Event logistical coordination
list_check-orange Opportunity identification and working with a team

Successful candidates will have:

list_check-orange Proven industry experience
list_check-orange Relevant certificates, training or qualifications are advantageous
list_check-orange Ability to work with computer based systems & Microsoft Office
list_check-orange Contribute to and work within a dynamic team
list_check-orange Passion for our industry and personal excellence
