Historic Coastlines
Venice is uniquely positioned in a lagoon within North Eastern Italy and crisscrossed by more than 200 canals and 400 bridges, this will be the start of our 15 day tour.
Next is Pula, located at the southern tip of the Istria peninsula in Croatia; the history of the town is etched in every stone, with cultural historic monuments from almost all periods of its past. From Pula to Ljubljana, Slovenia, immerse yourself in the culture, history and lifestyle this city offers, dominated by an ancient castle that overlooks the town centre and the Kamnik Alps.
We wil then delve into Croatia’s Plitvice National Park and explore the lakes and waterfalls on offer and wander around the quaint, winding streets of the medieval Zadar.
We then travel from Croatia to the Julian Alps, Slovenia where you will witness the magnificent Glacial Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj, nested inside a Triglav national park.
Moving towards a more adventurous turn coalescing scenic boat trips, walks and cycling, explore the seamless islands of the Dalmatian Coast in particular the walled city of Dubrovnik remaining one of the most grandiose sights on the Adriatic Coast.
